Dave Covell has been a company director for over 15 years and has held senior management and partner positions for over 20 years. Over this time he has gained a huge amount of experience in successfully establishing, managing and growing service sector companies whilst attracting and retaining key staff. 

He can act as an non-exec member of a company's board of directors or be retained to provide strategic oversight and advice on the day-to-day management of a company. This advice can range from developing short, medium and longer term plans, how to optimise the benefits of Quality and Health & Safety systems through to preparing a business for sale.

Dave has experience of providing this kind of external advice, to directors and employees for companies ranging from NYSE listed conglomerates through to SMEs, helping them to grow their business, develop their staff while reducing risks and costs.
