Dave has over 25 years experience in the provision of energy, carbon and sustainability services to the hospitality sector with a range of globally recognised hotel brands. Our services to the hospitality sector include energy audits and surveys, energy benchmarking, water efficiency and management services, resource efficiency studies, the development of carbon management strategies including Net Zero carbon strategies, design guidance and performance specifications.

Dave has worked in many of the major process industries including bulk and speciality chemicals, fertilisers, board, paper & pulp as well as municipal water and wastewater treatment.  He also has experience of optimising the efficiency of municipal scale CCGT power plants. Our services to the process industries sector include energy audits and surveys, energy monitoring and targeting systems, water efficiency and management services, resource efficiency studies, the development of carbon management strategies and Net Zero carbon strategies.

Dave has worked in many manufacturing sectors including automotive, light engineering, printing and packaging, pharmaceuticals, plastics and textiles. Our services to the manufacturing sector include energy audits and surveys, water efficiency and management services, resource efficiency studies, the development of carbon management and Net Zero strategies.

Dave has worked across many sub-sectors of the food and drink industry from farm to plate. This has included working with arable, dairy and livestock farming enterprises, bakeries and confectionery, fish and shell fish processors, dairies, meat and meat products, ready meals and snack foods as well for the chilled and cold storage and distribution sector. Our services to the food and beverage sector include energy audits and surveys, energy monitoring and targeting systems, water efficiency and management services, resource efficiency studies, the development of carbon management strategies including Net Zero carbon strategies.

Dave has provided services to the minerals and mining industries including mineral extraction and processing. He has delivered energy audits and surveys and developed mineral and water balances as well as carbon management strategies including Net Zero.

Dave’s services to the property and real estate sectors includes commercial property portfolios, military installations and data centres. Working for landlords, managing agents and pension funds over the last 35 years he has delivered multiple energy audits and surveys. More recently this has included the development of carbon management strategies, including carbon footprinting and Net Zero carbon strategies, pre-acquisition Net Zero carbon due diligence assessments and energy benchmarking. We offer energy audits and surveys, to meet ESOS and EU EED compliance requirements.

Dave has been working with the healthcare sector for over 30 years, providing energy, carbon and sustainability services to both public and private sector clients. Our services to the healthcare sector include energy audits and surveys, energy benchmarking, water efficiency and management services, resource efficiency studies, the development of carbon management strategies including net zero carbon strategies, project management, dispute resolution and the provision of energy, environmental and training and awareness services.

Dave has provided energy, carbon and sustainability services to the transport and logistics sectors over many years, working with both airports and airlines, road haulage companies, ambient, chilled  and cold storage and warehousing operators. Our services to the transport and logistics sectors include both transport and fixed asset energy audits and surveys, energy benchmarking, water efficiency and management services.
